Yes. The ledger records debit and credit postings. A balanced trial balance verifies arithmetic equality, not the completeness or correctness of the books.

Yes. Entity tags keep each business and your personal finances separate on reports while sharing one workspace and one login.
Can my accountant or team work with me
Yes. Invite them by email from the Users screen. Admins manage the books, staff get scoped access, and clients see only their portal.
Does agent access cost extra
Full accounting agent access is included in approved synthetic evaluation workspaces during early access. Your AI provider may charge separately. The standalone demo needs no account or API key.
